Urbinati Forestry Seeding Line Example

Urbinati’ forestry seeding lines are designed according to our customers needs and based on the tree seedling to be sown.

1. ​Feeding belt, to accumulate and manage the incoming empty trays.
2. ​Vertical Big Bale Breaker, for shredding bales up to 2900 mm.
3. ​Soil mixer MC2120, for mixing different substrates and adding water.
4. ​Tray filler RN12, designed to fill trays up to 25 cm in height.
5. ​Dibbling machine NI / NIR, for creating a hole for each cell, for seeding or transplanting or setting cuttings.
6. ​Drum seeder, configured according to the seed to be sown.
7. ​Seed covering and tray watering. 
8. ​Accumulation belt  to manage the accumulation of the outgoing seeded trays.
