Urbinati RGV Filling Machine

The new high-performance machine comes from Urbinati’s know-how and its engineering team. The RGV filler combines the excellent technology used on other Urbinati fillers, already working world-wide, and the capability to work with pots, trays and packs.

The core of this machine is the soil elevator. The double chain soil elevation system is sturdy, galvanised and delivers up to 400 litres per minute to quickly fill containers up to 450 mm in height, while setting density and compaction of the soil in the container, thanks to the for bladed longitudinal rotor.

The functions of the machine are controlled by PLC and are easily programmable via touch-screen.
